静岡唯一のポーランド料理/シェフがポーランドで修行/お店の周りの雰囲気も良い/お料理の一つ一つがとても行き届いていておいしかったです。お店はせまいですが、雰囲気はとてもよいです。予約は必須に近いです。

美味しいものがたくさんあり、お気に入りのお店です。 スマッチネゴさんでポーランド料理を食べて、ポーランドに行きたくなる人が大勢いるのではないかと思います。 コース料理は4,000円から（2026年２月現在）。単品の方がポーランド料理攻めできますが、コース料理も満足度高いです。 小さなお店ですし、いつもほぼ満席ですので、実質予約必須だと思います。

I’m from Poland and visiting Smacznego in Shizuoka was a wonderful experience! The food was really delicious and prepared in a Polish way. The menu is quite rich, so everyone will definitely find something they like. And there is Polish beer Żywiec! The chef is very kind, we had a chance to chat, he had lived in Poland for 8 years! You can easily communicate in English here. Highly recommended! We came on a Thursday evening and had no problem getting a seats without a reservation, but since the place is quite small, if you really want to make sure, it’s a good idea to call ahead.

ランチに訪問しました。ランチ時はランチメニューのみの提供となっています。 サラダの野菜はフレッシュでドレッシングが、たまらなく美味しかったです。メインのミートローフもキャベツが良い仕事をしていて美味しかったです。つまり、全部美味しかったですwお店の立地や雰囲気もステキです。価格もリーズナブルでした。 オーナーも色々お話してくださり、楽しいひと時が過ごせました。昼はもちろん夜に行って、ポーランドの伝統的なお料理を試してみたいです。

初めてのポーランド料理を食べました。ソーセージのピクルスはサイズ大き目だけどさっぱりしてるので重く感じずパクパク食べちゃう。牛の熟成生ハムのタルタルもさっぱりしていてちょっとしたサラダ感覚で食べられて美味しかった。お酒もいろいろあって悩みましたが初めてフレーバーウォッカ飲んで梅酒みたいに飲みやすくてこれはまた飲みたいと思いました。 ワインも東欧のボトル多めで、ハンガリーワインが重すぎずあっさりとしすぎず丁度で美味しかった。 全体的にボリューミーで注文出来なかったのもあるので近いうちにまた行きたいと思いました。 お店の雰囲気もマスターとのやり取りも居心地よくて楽しかったです。

肉料理丁寧な調理で美味しい。 鴨のローストは皮がパリッと肉は柔らかで旨みが出てとっても美味しかった。 冗談抜きで今まで食べた鴨料理で一番美味しかった。 ラムチョップも美味しすぎて焦って早食いになるほどだった。 添えられたブドウとバルサミコ酢と細かく削られたゴルゴンゾーラとの相性も最高。 ロシア料理のペリメニみたいな、ポーランドの餃子、ピエロギもハーブと肉の相性⭕、クミンかどうかわからないけど、カレーの香辛料の何かを感じ、ピクルスみたいな酸味もあって、とにかくおいしかった。 ここが目的じゃなかったのだが、めちゃくちゃ良い店を見つけてしまった。 器も北欧感があって可愛い。 まだ食べてない料理がたくさんあるのでまた行きます。 最後に、立地と手の込んだ料理の割に 安い。
